With the air cushion not only are long journeys enjoyable but I take the cushion with me when I must sit for any length of time (like eating out, visiting a jazz club, playing cards, attending a concert and driving my automobile). When I read about the uncomfortable saddles in the cycle journal reviews I shake my head. Forget about uncomfortable saddles and focus on the remainder of the bicycle. Any discomfort can be addressed with the air cushion.
